Ingredients
Everything Bagel, 2 Bagels
Cream Cheese, 4 Ounces
Smoked Salmon, 4 Ounces
Onion, 1/8 Onion
Capers, 2 Tablespoons
Lemon (optional), for garnish
Dill (optional), for garnish
Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 Everything Bagel, split and toasted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1/8 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Lemon and/or dill for garnishes, if desired

 

Directions

  1. Spreak the toasted bagel bottom halves with 2 oz cream cheese each.
  2. Top with 2 oz sliced smoked salmon each.
  3. Garnish the bagel with capers and red onions.
  4. Place the bagel tops on, cut in half, and enjoy!
